Purchasing this truck will be a great opportunity for someone. It’s a chance to really take advantage of this down economy and purchase a beautiful custom truck for what is likely less then half of what it would cost to build it.

In looking it over many of us who have built custom vehicles such as this in the past are well aware of the time, effort & expense required to build a vehicle of this caliber. In my opinion and the opinion of a number of other qualified builders, we believe that there’s about seventy-five grand worth of work here. Please keep in mind too that the number mentioned may not include the cost of purchasing the core either. Also, think about the potential for increased and unanticipated costs as the project proceeds not to mention the delayed gratification that comes with having to wait a year or more for the project to be completed. It’s for these reasons (and a few others) that a person seriously interested in owning a custom truck of this caliber should take a serious look at this one.

Another “plus” in my opinion is that this is a fully sorted out vehicle with approx. 5,600 miles on the build. If you’ve been around cars like this, then you know how important something like that really is. So many vehicles are built these days with the express purpose of simply looking good for a few days in an auction arena and driving it a few feet up to the auction platform. Frequently, when buyers get these vehicles home and then spend sometime behind the wheel, they really find out what a “garage queen” there new vehicle really is. Because they haven’t been fully sorted out they can be full of “bugs” that can take thousands of dollars to exterminate. If the owner has been able to drive something like this for almost six thousand miles without incident, that really tells you something about how well it was built.

Here is a list of some of the equipment…

• Corvette LS-1 motor. Horsepower is believed to be in the 350 to 360 range.
• Four speed overdrive automatic transmission known as the 4L60E which is the approved unit to mate up to this engine.
• Power steering, power front disc brakes, air conditioning, cruise control, CD, tilt wheel, etc.
• The truck sits on a beautiful set of polished, 17” Coddington wheels with Kummo tires. There are numerous additional features some of which are visible in these photographs and some not that we can discuss if you decide to call.

The quality of the construction is at a significantly higher level then I normally see in vehicles of this type. The fit and finish on this truck are exceptionally nice.

So, enjoy the pictures and look it over. In my opinion this is a great buy on a great truck!

Since these photos were taken the owner has just decided to do a significant upgrade to this truck. He’s done a complete re-do of the interior, changing it from the light gray you see here to a beautiful beige color. The seat was completely re-designed as well as many other improvements that are both subtle and yet significant. We think it’s a HUGE improvement. If you’re curios, please give me a call and I’ll get some pictures headed your way.

Asking a VERY REASONABLE $48,500.
